Shipping & Returns

Diploria accepts exchanges within 15 (fifteen) consecutive days from the date your order is received, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product is in its original condition, unworn, and has the original size and price tags attached.
• The original size tag must not be removed, and the shorts must not have been worn. Otherwise, the exchange will be canceled.
• Items from previous collections cannot be exchanged for items from newer collections.
• The client is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns.
• The product must be returned complete as delivered, along with all accompanying documentation, specifically the Invoice. While the return packaging can differ from the original (e.g., a different envelope or box), the contents must be complete.

Upon receiving the return, Diploria will inspect and evaluate whether the product is intact and eligible for exchange or refund.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
